Christian Jaenecke specializes in tax advisory services to family-owned businesses including their shareholders, high-net-worth-individuals and family offices. The focus of his work is on the national and international tax optimization of ownership structures as well as corporate and asset succession solutions. He has particular expertise and extensive experience from over 90 projects in the establishment and ongoing advisory services of foundations in the DACH-region, mostly in Germany and the Principality of Liechtenstein.

In addition, Christian Jaenecke advises on corporate tax law. His focus here is on corporate conversions and restructuring as well as on national and cross-border transactions, in particular on shareholdings and real estate.

Before joining Andersen in 2021, Christian Jaenecke was appointed certified tax advisor (Germany) in 2019. After completing his business administration studies at the University of Duisburg-Essen, he worked from 2015 to 2021 at UnternehmerKompositionen GmbH (legal and tax consulting company) as a tax assistant and then as certified tax advisor. He began his career in tax advisory services in 2011 as an intern and then a working student at Ernst & Young GmbH in Düsseldorf in the service line of global mobility services.
