Danyal Parvez, LL.M. Eur.

Danyal Parvez specializes in data protection law and related areas of law. He advises national and international companies comprehensively on all data protection matters. He supports clients in designing business processes in compliance with data protection law and effectively implementing the requirements of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). In particular, he deals with the conception of complex data processing procedures, the preparation of data protection declarations, the review and preparation of contracts for contract data processing, the implementation of data protection impact assessments and data transfer procedures (national and international). He assists in the development and implementation of risk management and represents clients in data protection disputes.

Mr. Parvez also specializes in employment law. He advises on individual and collective employment law, both in and out of court.

Danyal Parvez studied law at the Johann Wolfgang von Goethe University in Frankfurt am Main and also obtained a Master of Laws in European and International Business Law (LL.M. Eur.) with a focus on data protection law. He already completed his legal clerkship at Andersen in Frankfurt am Main. After his admission to the bar, he remained with the firm.
