As a lawyer and notary, Lukas Habekost specializes in the structuring, drafting and execution of real estate transactions, both by way of a share and asset deals. In addition, he specializes in advising on real estate law in connection with real estate development projects. In corporate law, he advises on corporate transactions and assists with the formation of companies of all legal forms, capital increases as well as transformation and restructuring measures. In the field of inheritance law, he specializes in the drafting of testamentary dispositions and measures of anticipated succession.

After studying law at the Free University of Berlin, Lukas Habekost completed his legal clerkship at the Berlin Court of Appeal and subsequently enrolled in the master's program in corporate and tax law at the University of Potsdam. He began his legal career at the law firm Knauthe Rechtsanwälte Partnerschaft mbB, where he was most recently a partner. He was appointed as a notary in 2020.
