He completed his legal clerkship at Kammergericht in Berlin. Before joining Andersen, Cord was an Attorney and Councel at Luther. He was admitted to the bar in 2007.
Cord advises on all matters relating to employment law, including the strategic and economic aspects involved, in many cases also jointly with other transaction lawyers in a team.
Cord is specialized in providing employment law advice during transactions and during the subsequent integration and restructuring of companies, including the areas of codetermination, staff reductions, harmonization of conditions of employment, and company pension schemes. In addition, Cord is a highly experienced litigation lawyer who regularly appears before labor and civil courts.
