The scope of coverage for Andersen GmbH Rechtsberatung Steuerberatung’s professional liability insurance is worldwide. The insurance meets at least the statutory requirements under § 51 of the Federal Lawyers’ Act (BRAO) and § 67 of the Tax Advisory Act (StBerG) in conjunction with §§ 51 et seq. of the Ordinance Implementing the Provisions on Tax Advisors, Tax Agents, and Tax Advisory Firms (DVStB).
Consumer Dispute Resolution and EU Online Dispute Resolution Platform
The competent consumer arbitration board for property-related disputes up to a value of 50,000 euros is the Arbitration Board of the Bar Association, Neue Grünstr. 17, 10179 Berlin, www.s-d-r.org. However, attorneys are not obligated to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board. Andersen GmbH Rechtsberatung Steuerberatung does not participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board, in particular the Bar Association’s Arbitration Board.
