Diana Malcherczyk specializes in real estate law and corporate law. She advises national and international investors and real estate businesses on structuring and implementing of real estate-related and corporate transactions. A further focus of her legal practice is ongoing advice on all aspects of corporate law, private construction law as well as dispute resolution and litigation.

After studying law at the Freie Universität of Berlin, Diana Malcherczyk completed her legal clerkship at the Higher Regional Court of Berlin, with station at Beiten Burkhardt in Brussels (Belgium). She began her legal career as an attorney in 2015 at the real estate law boutique Rolema. Before joining the Andersen team in 2020, Diana Malcherczyk worked for multidisciplinary, internationally oriented law firms, including Warth & Klein Grant Thornton and TLC Legal in Berlin.
