Benjamin Bott

Benjamin Bott specializes in tax law. He advises national and international companies on all aspects of corporate tax law. His work encompasses managing ongoing tax matters, optimizing corporate structures for income and value-added tax purposes, and identifying tax planning opportunities for mergers and restructurings. He has a particular focus on partnerships. In addition, he provides support during tax audits and represents clients in tax disputes before Financial Courts and the Federal Fiscal Court.

Benjamin Bott studied law at Johannes Gutenberg University in Mainz and completed his legal clerkship at the Higher Regional Court of Frankfurt am Main. He was admitted to the bar in 2014 and appointed as a tax advisor in 2018. Before joining Andersen in Frankfurt in 2020, he worked as an attorney at BDO Legal and BDO AG Wirtschaftsprüfungsgesellschaft.
