Charlotte Wohlfarth specializes in real estate law with a special focus on transactions and commercial tenancy law. She provides ongoing advice in the area of private construction law and advises on dispute resolution and litigation.

Charlotte Wohlfarth studied law as well as economics at the University of Bayreuth, Germany, earning a supplementary degree in business law (University of Bayreuth). Having spent her legal clerkship in Frankfurt am Main she was admitted to the German Bar in 2018. She worked at Luther law firm in Frankfurt am Main before she joined Andersen as an Associate in 2019. In 2023, she earned a Master of Laws (LL.M.) in Real Estate Law from the University of Münster.
