Dario Schafhirt advises and represents clients in commercial disputes before state courts, in arbitration proceedings, and in out-of-court dispute resolution. His practice focuses on disputes involving real estate, commercial, and corporate law.
Dario Schafhirt studied law at Freie Universität Berlin, specializing in corporate, commercial and tax law, with a further focus in group and reorganization law as well as intellectual property and industrial property law. During his studies, Dario Schafhirt worked as a research assistant at Andersen in the areas of corporate law/M&A and real estate law. After passing his First State Examination, Dario Schafhirt gained further experience as a research assistant in the litigation and arbitration practice of an international law firm, where he assisted lawyers in matters involving banking, finance, and corporate law, as well as cross-border post-M&A disputes. He also gained insight into the management of mass litigation and the use of legal tech. Dario Schafhirt completed his legal traineeship at the Higher Regional Court of Naumburg and returned to Andersen for his elective training stage.
Since 2026, he has been a lawyer in Andersen’s Berlin office.
