Dr. Martin Fleckenstein

Dr. Martin Fleckenstein specializes in advising stakeholders across the real estate sector, including property owners, investors, builders, and project developers. His expertise also extends to supporting the public sector and its municipal enterprises, housing companies as well as industry associations. He focuses on all aspects of public construction and real estate law, with a particular emphasis on urban land-use planning, special urban development law and building regulations.
