Dr. Moritz Brocker

Moritz advises national and international clients in general corporate law (corporations and partnerships). Moritz specializes in advising on the sale and purchase of companies and shares in companies, the incorporation of companies and the reorganization of companies and groups. Another focus of his work is providing legal advice to founders and investors with regard to financing rounds and the conclusion of investment and shareholders’ agreements.

After studying law at the Westfaelische Wilhelms-University of Muenster, Moritz carried out his legal training at the Higher Regional Court of Duesseldorf, Germany. Moritz started his career with Luther law firm. Before joining Andersen in Germany, he was a lawyer and partner at ADVANT Beiten (formerly Beiten Burkhardt). Moritz was admitted as a German attorney in 2007.
