Erik Martin Poetschke, LL.M. (UCT), attorney at law with over twenty years of experience in private commercial law. His practice focuses on IT and data protection law, intellectual property law, and public procurement law.
His many years of experience in private commercial law include drafting and negotiating complex contracts for IT services and licenses, as well as providing out-of-court advice and legal representation in data protection law.
In addition to his freelance work, he also spent many years as a corporate lawyer in the legal departments of international construction and electronics companies.
