Felix Strohecker, M.A.

Felix Strohecker is a corporate senior associate in our Frankfurt office. He advises on national and international M&A transactions, private equity investments and restructurings, as well as on general corporate and contract law matters.

Felix Strohecker completed a degree in business administration alongside his law studies at EBS University in Wiesbaden. During his legal clerkship at the Higher Regional Court of Frankfurt am Main, he gained experience in M&A and private equity as a trainee lawyer at an international law firm in Frankfurt am Main and New York. He then worked in this field for several years at a US law firm.
