Henry Byrla

Henry Byrla focuses on tax structuring and transaction advisory as well as tax consulting for private clients and private equity investments. His clients include national and international private investors and companies. He also supports his clients in tax litigation and matters of international tax law.

Henry Byrla has been admitted to the bar since 2019 and has been a specialist lawyer in tax law since 2024. Before joining Andersen, he worked as a research assistant during his legal clerkship, including at Beiten Burkhardt.
