With over 20 years of experience in strategic marketing, business development and account management in the international consulting industry, Isabell Erschkat brings in-depth expertise in the development and implementation of holistic communication and business strategies. Her focus lies both in strengthening market presence and in effectively addressing target audiences – in particular through creative go-to-market strategies, impactful content marketing, and professional event management.

Thanks to her many years of experience in designing and managing business development projects and supporting international teams, Isabell Erschkat plays a key role in strengthening Andersen's market position and implementing business goals in a sustainable manner.

After studying business administration and media management at the Verwaltungs- und Wirtschaftsakademie in Bochum, Isabell Erschkat began her career in international sales at a medium-sized production company. She then continued her career at Arthur Andersen and EY (Ernst & Young), where she gained extensive experience in various positions in the areas of marketing, account management, business development and market enablement.
