Jan Meißner

Jan Meißner brings over 20 years of experience in senior roles across sales and commercial management.

Prior to joining Andersen, he spent more than five years as Head of Finance at a globally operating real estate group. In this role, his focus was on optimizing the group structure, preparing reporting for banks, investors, and shareholders, and establishing a comprehensive controlling cockpit. He was also actively involved in major transactions, oversaw liquidity planning, and was responsible for the preparation of both consolidated and individual financial statements.

Jan began his professional career with a qualification as a tax clerk and went on to earn a degree in Business Administration from the Potsdam University of Applied Administrative Sciences (VWA). His thesis addressed the topic “Business Formation – Choosing the Right Legal Form.”
He is also a certified supervisory board member and previously served as Chairman of the Supervisory Board of a real estate stock corporation.
