Jana Göldner

Jana Göldner advises national and international clients in all areas of real estate law. Her practice focuses on the legal support of real estate transactions as well as the structuring and implementation of financing in connection with real estate projects.

Her activities also include advising on the drafting of contracts, in particular in connection with the purchase and sale of real estate and commercial tenancy law. Her clients are in particular investors, banks, project developers and companies from the real estate industry.

Jana Göldner studied law at the Goethe University in Frankfurt am Main. She completed her legal clerkship at the Higher Regional Court of Frankfurt am Main with stages at White & Case in the areas of Debt Capital Markets and Debt Finance with a special focus on acquisition and real estate financing. She then kept on working at White & Case as a trainee lawyer in the field of debt finance after her second state examination. Jana Göldner has been a qualified lawyer at Andersen since 2025.
