Jens Sablotny advises national and international clients in the areas of corporate, commercial, and business law, with a focus on litigation in post-M&A as well as commercial and corporate disputes. Another key area of his practice is advising clients on ESG (Environmental, Social, Governance) matters. Additionally, he advises clients on general compliance issues, including ESG-matters as well as strategic advice to corporate bodies.
Jens Sablotny is a member of the European Corporate / M&A Service Line and of the newly established Industry Group Manufacturing.
Jens Sablotny studied law at the University of Bonn with a specialization in "Economy and Competition." After completing his first state examination in 2017, he pursued master's programs / LL.M. programs at the Université Catholique de Lyon in France and St. John's University School of Law in New York City, focusing on international business and corporate law.
Jens Sablotny has been a lawyer at Andersen since 2020. Prior to joining Andersen, he worked for the United Nations in New York, gaining valuable insights in an international environment. These experiences are now integral to his practice, enabling him to competently address complex legal challenges on a global scale.
