Kürsat Demirci

Kürsat Demirci focuses primarily on all matters related to real estate and real estate business law – from acquisition to ongoing strategic advice and the sale of real estate (share and asset deals). A particular emphasis is placed on comprehensive advice in the area of commercial lease law. Additional focal points of his practice include out-of-court dispute resolution and litigation.

Kürsat Demirci studied law at the Freie Universität Berlin and completed his legal clerkship at the Berlin Court of Appeal (Kammergericht). After being admitted to the bar in 2020, he worked as an attorney at Luther Rechtsanwaltsgesellschaft mbH in Berlin before joining Andersen in 2022.
