Timo is specialized in corporate and trade law matters and mainly advises clients and investors in the real estate sector. Timo has broad experience in the hospitality industry, project developments and real estate finance. The further field of activities of Timo includes the provision of corporate structuring and transaction advise. Timo also assists clients in shareholder’s disputes and shareholder’s disputes litigations.

Timo was admitted as a German attorney in 2004 and qualified in 2011 as Specialist Lawyer for Trade and Corporate Law. Currently, Timo engages in a non-legal side activity for a medium-sized company.
