Tobias Lüderitz is specialized in labor and employment law. He advises national and international companies, employers and executives on all labor and employment law issues (individual and collective labor law), both in and out of the court. Thanks to his experiences in large companies and his additional LL.B. studies “in-house lawyer”, he also has specialized knowledge in the area of structuring legally compliant internal HR processes.

Mr. Lüderitz also advises sports clubs, sports associations, player consultants and professional athletes especially on sports employment law issues.

Tobias Lüderitz studied law at the University of Mannheim with a focus on labor and employment law and also obtained a Bachelor of Laws “in-house lawyer” with a focus on labor and employment law and HR management. He also acquired specialized knowledge in sports law during his studies, which he further deepened as part of an LL.M. program focusing on European sports employment law, thereby further specializing in sports law.

Tobias Lüderitz completed his legal clerkship with a focus on labor and employment law at the Higher Regional Court of Zweibrücken with stations at Deutsche Lufthansa AG, Mercedes-Benz Group AG and Andersen. After his admission to the bar he remained part of the Andersen team.
