Dr. Kathrin Pietras has been practicing labor and employment law for nearly 25 years. She advises domestic and foreign companies, employers and executives on all labor and employment law issues (individual and collective labor law). She represents her clients at all Labor Courts, including Regional and Federal Labor court. Her clients appreciate her solution-oriented approach and her outstanding expertise, going along with a pleasant interaction. Long-standing client relationships enable her to a profound understanding of the economic situation and organizational forms of her clients. Dr. Pietras advises in German and in English.

Dr. Kathrin Pietras studied law in Marburg an der Lahn. After her legal clerkship at the Higher Regional Court of Düsseldorf, she started her legal career at the then law firm Andersen Legal and its successor Luther Rechtsanwaltsgesellschaft in Frankfurt am Main, where she was a partner in employment law until 2019. From 2019 to 2021, she was a partner in the Frankfurt office of the law firm Buse Heberer Fromm (now Buse). Since 2022, she is a partner at Andersen in Frankfurt am Main and heads the employment labor law practice group in Germany since 2024.
