An Andersen team led by Dr. Moritz Brocker advised Eurazeo on its investment through its Smart City Venture II fund in Hamburg-based technology and asset management platform Reneo.
Reneo’s Series B financing round was co-led by Eurazeo, alongside Lakestar, Foundamental, the family businesses GOLDBECK and BAUWENS. In this round, Reneo has secured €45 million in equity financing from the top European investment funds.
The €600M capital platform includes large joint ventures with Goldman Sachs, Ardian and Peakside Capital.
Reneo plans to deploy significant capital over the next 24 months to drive the green transition of the housing sector in Germany and Europe.
