Berlin - Andersen has advised the Frankfurt-based teccle group on the acquisition of all shares in aConTech GmbH. According to the founders Klaus Kaiser, Sven Kalisch, Thomas Schmidt and Markus Wolf, the teccle group is to develop into the leading IT solution provider for German SMEs. To this end, the expertise and talents of the IT sector are to be bundled under the umbrella of the teccle group.
