About Dr. Martin Fleckenstein
Dr. Martin Fleckenstein studied law at the Universities of Göttingen and Freiburg i. Br., where he received his doctorate in 1991. He has been admitted to the bar since 1987 and has been a specialist lawyer for administrative law since 1996.
Before joining Andersen in March 2026, his career took him to law firms including Hammonds (now Squire Patton Boggs) and SammlerUsinger, and most recently to Luther, where he was responsible for public commercial law with a focus on public real estate and construction law.
