Frankfurt am Main – Andersen GmbH Rechtsberatung Steuerberatung (Andersen in Germany) is pushing ahead with the expansion of its Banking & Finance practice and has gained another proven professional, Dr. Patrick Mittmann, as a partner for its Frankfurt office.

He joins from Baker McKenzie on April 1, 2025 and brings over 20 years of experience in advising lenders and borrowers on complex financing structures. Together with Philippe Kamarowsky, who joined Andersen at the beginning of the year, they will focus on the interfaces between Financing Law, Corporate/M&A and Real Estate.

He also has extensive experience on corporate lending and leveraged finance deals as well as restructurings.

"With Dr. Patrick Mittmann, we are gaining a leading financing professional who will further deepen our advisory expertise in the area of Banking & Finance," say Zvi Tirosh and Philipp Zschaler, Managing Partners of Andersen in Germany. "Following the addition of Philippe Kamarowsky, this is a significant reinforcement for our team and our firm as a whole and another important step in the realization of our strategic growth objectives."
