Andersen Welcomes Dr. Dirk R. Reidenbach as partner in Frankfurt – Strengthens Corporate
& M&A practice and enhances synergies with Tax practice

Andersen GmbH Rechtsberatung Steuerberatung continues its strategic growth trajectory and welcomes Dr. Dirk R. Reidenbach as a new partner from LUPP & PARTNER as of July 1, 2025. He is based in Frankfurt and will work closely with the Berlin team to further expand the firm's Corporate & M&A practice.

Dirk brings extensive experience in corporate and partnership law, including group and reorganization law — advising corporate bodies on formation, financing, and liquidation. Dirk’s corporate expertise also comprises advice in conflict situations with shareholders, executive bodies and board members — both in and out of court.

Another focus of Dirk's work is advising on national and international transactions— including M&A and restructuring — with emphasis on capital markets, finance, and regulatory law. Dirk has been a lecturer at the Frankfurt School of Finance & Management since 2010. “With Dirk Reidenbach, we are gaining a renowned expert for our Corporate & M&A practice — not only for Frankfurt, but also in close cooperation with our strongly established team in Berlin,” said Zvi Tirosh and Philipp Zschaler, Managing Partners of Andersen in Germany. “This addition is crucial not only for the Corporate & M&A practice, but also for the tax practice. Corporate and M&A business is the driving force behind the overall business development of our firm.”

Dirk’s addition marks another milestone in the consistent implementation of Andersen's integrated, cross-location growth strategy — with tangible benefits for the multidisciplinary team and the expanded service portfolio in Germany.
