Lucas Mühlenhoff studied law at the University of Potsdam and completed his legal clerkship at the Potsdam District Court with stations in Potsdam and Berlin (including at Hengeler Mueller Partnerschaft von Rechtsanwälten mbB and Luther Rechtsanwaltsgesellschaft mbH). After completing his second state examination, he was admitted to the bar and started working for Andersen in mid-2018. In the period from 2018 to 2022, he completed the LL.M. program "Corporate and Tax Law" at the University of Potsdam while working.

Lucas Mühlenhoff advises and represents companies in particular in all areas of individual and collective labor law, both in and out of court. His main practice areas are transaction-related advice on all questions of employment and social security law, including due diligence, the drafting of employment, service and termination agreements, the design of variable compensation models and advice on company pension law issues. In addition, in recent years he has increasingly appeared in civil courts throughout Germany as a litigator in copyright disputes and is a member of the Andersen European Service-Line Employment Law.
