Andersen in Germany, led by Detlev Stoecker, advised CA Fastigheter on the purchase of six apartment buildings in various districts of Berlin through a direct real estate acquisition. The seller of the properties was MÄHREN.
The portfolio comprises approximately 9,300 m² of residential space with additional development potential of about 1,400 m². The agreed-upon purchase price amounts to EUR 22 million and may increase if the authorities approve the additional space. The target date for the handover is fall 2026.
CA Fastigheter has been active in Berlin since 2005 and currently owns properties with a leasable area of approximately 80,000 m², the acquisition of which was also managed by Detlev Stoecker.
